INTERSOS mourns the untimely death of Balqis Abdul Hadi, our Afghan colleague who passed away following a car accident.
Balquis had been working with INTERSOS since November 2022, as a caseworker at the health facility in Bawri. We will always remember her human and professional qualities, her punctuality, her honesty, and her kindness towards the community she served.
We all want to express our deepest condolences, affection, and support to Balquis’ spouse, family, and loved ones. Our thoughts also go out to her friends, and to our colleagues of the INTERSOS mission in Afghanistan.
